Our pulled pork, made from Québec pork and slowly sous-vide cooked to achieve perfect tenderness, is combined with our rich and velvety BBQ sauce. Once reheated, serve it on a brioche bun for a flavourful sandwich, or top tacos with it and a fresh salsa! It also pairs wonderfully with creamy mac & cheese or as a gourmet poutine topping.
